Massage

Massage is probably the oldest and most natural treatment we know of. There are many kinds of massages, but in this booked up society a relaxmassage is the one thing to do.

A relaxmassage is a gift to yourself. You will feel the stress and tension go away. Just feel the strength and warmth of a massage. The massage isn't only relaxing, it will also generate positive energy. You will not only feel relaxed, but also fresh and energetic. A relaxmassage is a light form of bodymassage, I will use a good massage-oil.

Reiki

'Reiki' is a Japanese word. Translated it means so much as "strenght of spirit", "life energy", "universal" but also "cosmic life energy". The word exists of two parts: "Rei" means "cosmic-devine" and "Ki" stands for "individuel engergy". When Rei-Ki is used there will be a connection between Rei, the cosmic energy excisting everywhere and forever, and Ki, the personal energy from the therapist. Rei and Ki melt together and will be connected to the energy of the heart and it will be given through the hands.

Reiki is a natural and simple treatment which will make us able to have more life-force, more life-energy. This natural, selfhealing energy flows in a powerfull and concentrated form through the hands who gives Reiki. The Universal energy will be transported through a soft touch. It will be harmonizing and give peace to body and mind. Laying the hands on the body will canalize the healing energy into the receivers body. The Reiki-giver is only a canal for the Universal Life Energy.

An importent aspect must be said: unlike mentally curing, where the healer is able to take away certain symptoms, Reiki isn't "sent", but the receiver "draws" or "sucks up" the energie. In that way the receiver decides intuitive how much energy he wants. The therapist on her turn gives her hands, her time and her loving presence. But Reiki must never come in place of the regular medicine, although it can help to improve the quality of life.

You don't have to believe in Reiki. You just have to accept it, want to receive it.
